People who know me as a coach, describe me as someone who is able to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore, grow, and feel truly seen. My unique strengths as a coach lie in my ability to reconnect you with your inner creativity, through my creative techniques. With a playful approach, I bring lightness to the heavy weight you may carry, helping you see new possibilities. My high sensitivity allows me to tune in deeply, guiding what needs to come to the surface so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Having traveled extensively and lived in an international environment, I embrace diverse perspectives and cultures, making my coaching approach adaptable and globally minded. My native language is Dutch, but at home, I also speak French and English and I have a good proficiency in Italian. This allows me to connect with clients in multiple languages.

My solid years-long background in brand management, in management roles, consulting, training and teaching, has greatly added to my qualities as a coach and workshop facilitator now. I am able to quickly get to the essence.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) at the International Coach Federation. I work with the fundamentals of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). I work as a coach for young adults at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam (HvA). I have been trained in art therapy, therapeutic drawing, creative writing. The embodiment and breathwork I have learned through a lot of practice and a yoga teacher training. I have been blessed to be able to do many other self development workshops and trainings. Above all I have learned through life and all the highs and lows that came with it as a mother of 3 children, a partner, a friend, a daughter, a sister and an employee.
